Whitney has surveyed thousands of employees and customers in the manufacturing, service, logistics, and healthcare industries, and has received exceptional feedback from her clients on the thoroughness and effectiveness of her survey process. She is also a representative for Profiles International, the world’s fastest growing publisher of employment-related assessment tools, and was recognized by them for her significant achievement in 2004 and 2005. As such, she enjoys helping companies implement assessment programs to enhance their hiring, retention, and employee development initiatives.

A Communications major and summa cum laude graduate of the University of Kentucky, Whitney’s passion and expertise lies in the field of surveys and assessments. Before forming ProActive Whitney worked for nearly 5 years as a consultant in a training and development firm where she helped hundreds of companies assess their performance objectives and integrate appropriate development strategies.

Lisa is a seasoned trainer and course developer with over a decade of facilitation and design experience. Currently, Lisa’s primary focus is providing consulting services to companies wishing to create a strategic and comprehensive training and development initiative that supports corporate objectives. She also works with a number of companies to create and deliver customized training series and certification programs.

Lisa earned a B.A and M.A in Communication with a concentration in Organizational Development. Lisa is an expert on Generations in the Workplace and made her national debut as a presenter at the 2000 ASTD Annual Conference speaking on that topic.
