Whitney has been a highly rated speaker at numerous National HR Conferences and has authored articles on assessments for several books and publications, including Harvard Business Review. She is a member of the Society for Industrial & Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and has two decades of experience working in the assessment industry.

For over 13 years of her professional career, Dr. Zoeller worked at UPS in various roles including Customer Service, Training and Development and Employee Relations. For the past 11 years, she has been consulting with organizations on leadership development. Dr. Zoeller is also a Professor at Webster University instructing in the Master of Human Resource program and Spalding University instructing in the Master of Business Communication program.
