The PXT Select
Leadership Report

The PXT  Select Leadership Report describes how an individual’s unique characteristics and behaviors influence their approach to leadership, and how to best use this information to increase leadership performance. Based on an individual’s unique combination or traits and abilities, the report will predicting how one’s characteristics will manifest in critical leadership behaviors: innovating strategic initiatives, maximizing resources, utilizing organizational synergies, producing quality results, mentoring others, and maintaining high personal standards.
